The Babylonstoren Shiraz pours into the glass in a dark ruby red and wraps every fan of the grape variety around its finger with its dark fruit notes. The nuances of blackcurrant are surrounded by oak and white pepper. This full-bodied red wine is finely balanced on the palate and is therefore a pleasure in its own right. The Babylonstoren Shiraz, which matures for eighteen months in French oak, is also an excellent accompaniment to game or dark meat in a pepper sauce.
