The cuvée of Malbec (55%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (45%) also impresses on the palate with its complexity and especially with its incredibly soft mouthfeel and fine tannins - this palate-pleaser will linger in the memory long after the last sip. You should therefore definitely try the Bacco Prelude Red Blend neat. The red wine, which has matured for 22 months in French oak, is also an excellent accompaniment to dark meat or savory dishes and is particularly recommended with lamb or pork roulade.
