BIBA Vodka Polskie Zboże (BIBA Vodka Polish Grain) is a novelty in the product portfolio of the producer of the well-known and popular pea spirit Grochowica Polska. The spirit was made from a mixture of triticale and wheat grown by the owner of the distillery in Stare Strącze. It is interesting to note that geothermal water from Uniejów is added when diluting the spirit.
On the nose, one can detect a pleasant sweet aroma of roasted grain, mineral notes, spring water and some flowers. On the palate a creamy sweetness, cereals, vanilla, caramel and peppery chili spice. Finishes bittersweet and continues to be spicy, warming - herbal pepper, nutmeg.
An alternative to conventional vodka, which is well suited for a weekend with friends or family celebrations.
