Legnica Pilsner brandy is the result of cooperation between Grochowica Spirits and Browar Książęcy in Legnica. Distillation took place in the distillery Podkarpacka Okowita. The result is 277 bottles of 700 ml, strength 43%.
The distillate smells of fresh beer. In the aroma there are also many sweet fruits: lychee, mango, melon or watermelon. In addition, there are grassy notes, hay and green tea. The taste consists mainly of fine beer bitterness, hops and some citrus.
A real treat for any fan of beer distillates.
