BIBA Vodka Polski Ziemniak (BIBA Vodka Polish Potato) is a new offer from the producer of the well-known and popular pea spirit Grochowica Polska. This drink is made from potatoes grown by the distillery owner. Geothermal water from Uniejów was added during dilution.
Potato vodka is characterized by a delicate, sweet and mineral aroma. The taste is sweet and vanilla, then, for a potato vodka, a lot of spice comes into play - herbal pepper, nutmeg. The finish is strongly warming and a bit reminiscent of Christmas tea with orange, ginger and cloves.
Ideal for autumn and winter evenings.
