BIBA Vodka Polski Ziemniak (BIBA Polish Potato Vodka) is a new offering from the producer of the well-known and popular pea spirit Grochowica Polska. This drink is made from potatoes grown by the distillery owner. Geothermal water from Uniejów was added during the dilution process.
The potato vodka is characterized by a delicate, sweet and mineral aroma. The taste is sweet and vanilla-like, then, for a potato vodka, a lot of spice comes into play - herbal pepper, nutmeg. The finish is very warming and is somewhat reminiscent of Christmas tea with orange, ginger and cloves.
Ideal for fall and winter evenings.
