Our distillery in Grochowica is the result of the synergy of knowledge and experience from Stary Strącz and Wielkopolska Wytwórnia Wódek Polanin. Our one-component distillate is produced in small batches from first-class pea varieties. Production in Polanin is carried out by automated equipment, which has 30 years of experience in the field of alcohol production. This plant meets the requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety for the production and bottling of alcoholic beverages.
