The pepper's aroma is at its most intense when freshly crushed or ground. The black Kampot pepper from our cultivation impresses with its balanced aroma with a delicately spicy, hot note. The pleasant taste, reminiscent of mint, is accompanied by a pleasantly warm feeling in the mouth. Harvested and sorted by hand, it is cultivated on Uncle's Pepperfarm according to ancient tradition. The berries are harvested when they start to ripen. They are carefully sorted by hand before being gently sun-dried and laid out on bamboo mats to ripen for a few days. The pepper has now taken on its black color and is sorted again so that you only receive the best quality pepper with our deliveries.
