The fruit is picked green from the farm's own tree and then macerated - which gives the liqueur its unmistakable taste. Although the tree grows rather atypically in the heights of the Black Forest, it flourishes anew every year. The recipe for Brandhaus7 walnut liqueur is similar to that of the Italian Nocino, which is also made from green walnuts.
What is the best way to drink Brandhaus7 walnut liqueur?
Due to its similarity to Nocino, our walnut liqueur is ideal for the bakery or as an accompaniment to vanilla ice cream. We even use it in Linzertorte!
