We are proud to have won the silver medal at the Craft Spirits Berlin 2019 with our Brandhaus7 sour cherry liqueur! Our ruby red homage to the sour cherry is the perfect liqueur for those who like a subtly sour note.
How is the Brandhaus7 sour cherry liqueur made?
We use our own cherry brandy for the maceration of the cherries. The selection, preparation and cooking of the fruit is all done by hand, of course. And because each fruit is unique, our sour cherry tastes a little different every year - but always medal-worthy!
How does the Brandhaus7 sour cherry liqueur taste?
Through the precisely coordinated interplay of sour fruit flavors and the necessary sweetness of a liqueur, the Brandhaus7 sour cherry liqueur is wonderfully round on the palate. The fruit notes are joined by a beautiful, light almond aroma.
