Kwas Gamma falls into the sour beer category and is brewed with lactic acid bacteria and raspberries And when we say raspberries, we mean it: an incredible 1000 kilograms of the aromatic berry were used for the heavenly raspberry-red color and the correspondingly intense taste Juice was pressed from this gigantic mountain of raspberries, which then went straight into the kettle and spread its magic there
The fruity beer flows into the glass in a deep red berry hue and is adorned with a small veil of delicate pink foam When you lift the crown cork, an irresistible aroma of freshly picked, sun-kissed raspberries wafts into your nose and makes you want to take your first sip The first sip is pure raspberry: The juicy aroma of the cheeky little fruits combines on the palate with notes of natural yoghurt, light malt and tangy citrus fruit to create a summery symphony The elegant acidity underscores the interplay of aromas and rounds off the taste expertly
