The red wine cuvée made from Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (35%) and Merlot (20%) scores with fruity notes such as ripe cherries and blackcurrants. Undertones of dark chocolate and tobacco skillfully play around the fruit aromas. Aged in oak, this red wine is a wonderful accompaniment to dark meat or game. However, Buitenverwachting Christine is also a pleasure on its own.
