More information about Coffee del Bosque
Fruity orange, tart nut and with a full body comes our honey fermented coffee del Bosque from the forests of the Santander region.
Despite the full body, it appears mild and balanced. This honey-fermented Arabica coffee owes its round aroma profile to its origin, the 1,870 meters of cultivation altitude and the filter coffee roasting. A feast for the palate!
Our forest coffee Del Bosque Honey-Fermented as filter coffee:
Coffees with balance are a special art, which this Del Bosque masters excellently: with a clear character, it promises freshness, tart spiciness and silky mouthfeel. The tart notes are accompanied by fruity citrus aromas and a subtle floral sweetness.
A wonderful interplay of flavors with a pleasant balance that will not let the craving for this coffee end.
