Impressive from the first moment - this is the Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon. The complex bouquet reveals aromas of oak and blackberries, tobacco and tea. Earthy tones successfully round off the first impression. On the palate, the elegant red wine delights with its luxurious mouthfeel and multilayered nuances of black currants, raspberries and sour cherries, which are surrounded by coffee notes and fine tannins. The Kanonkop Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 24 months in barrique, is therefore a culinary highlight in itself, but it also accompanies any type of dark meat, slow-cooked game, lamb or aged cheese quite excellently.
