More information about Salice Salentino DOP Riserva "Nerimatti"
From Negroamaro (85%) and other autochthonous grape varieties within the designation of origin. Harvested by hand.
Aged for 12 months in barriques, 6 months in large oak barrels, 4 months in steel and 4 months in the bottle.
Juicy notes of dried plums and cherries meet blueberries. A pleasant spicy note of licorice and vanilla provides endless charm. The tannins are full-bodied, soft and harmonious, leading to a long finish reminiscent of figs and chocolate pralines.

Paolo follows his grandmother's advice in his philosophy of using only the best grapes for his wines. This enables him to produce wines of the highest quality that are typical of the region. Numerous international awards are proof of this.
