We source the high-quality green coffee for this cold brew from Colombia. It is grown there under strict conditions. This means that the coffee is always grown in mixed cultures and is harvested by hand instead of by machine. Artificial fertilizers and pesticides are also banned. This is good for the environment and saves a lot of CO2.
