Coffee, which originally comes from Cuba, has been grown in Costa Rica since 1927. Only Arabica is grown in Costa Rica.
Costa Rica was one of the first countries to introduce industrial quality standards. This is why many experts consider it to be one of the best coffees in the world. Our coffee from Costa Rica comes from the Tarrazu region. This is located south of the capital San José.
The cultivation altitude is over 1500 meters, which results in a much richer taste.
Costa Rica stands for rich coast. The country is also rich in coffee trees, as there are 100 coffee trees per capita.
