The Laurence Graff Reserve is the flagship of the red wine collection from Delaire Graff - an expressive Cabernet Sauvignon that is only bottled in strictly limited quantities. Only the five best were selected from 35 barrels to create a wine that meets the highest standards of quality, finesse and ageing potential.
On the nose, the wine reveals a complex, deep bouquet of spicy hay, vanilla and dark chocolate. On the palate, the Laurence Graff Reserve is powerful yet silky smooth - carried by concentrated fruit such as red berries, blackberries and blackcurrant. Fine mineral nuances and ripe, polished tannins give it structure and length.
After 20 months in predominantly new French oak barrels, the red wine is complex, elegant and superbly balanced - a wine for special moments.
Enjoyment tip: Serve this iconic Cabernet with loin of venison with blackberry jus, braised leg of lamb or Filet Rossini. This wine is also a memorable experience on its own by candlelight and in the best of company.
