The View Red Blend from Delaire Graff is a wonderfully fruity red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (68%), Petit Verdot (18%), Malbec (10%) and Merlot (4%), which already inspires in the bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits and black currants. Mineral tones and nuances of cedar round out the first impression successfully. On the palate, the red wine also impresses with intense fruit and soft tannins. Since the Delaire Graff The View Red Blend matured for 14 months in French oak, it is wonderfully balanced and well structured. Therefore, the cuvée is also a nice food companion, especially dishes with dark meat, spicy or game are a recommended combination. Speaking of food, by the way, the limited red wine owes its name to the magnificent view of the vineyards that can be enjoyed from the terrace of the Delaire Graff restaurant.
