Macadamia nuts have a very hard shell and a soft kernel. The deliciously crunchy nuts taste slightly sweet, intensely nutty and have a fine buttery aroma.
Our macadamia dressing is popular in both summer and winter. We use it whenever we add meat to a salad. Lamb's lettuce with pear wedges and duck breast refined with macadamia dressing... Any questions?

As a country boy, I was always drawn to the world. In New Zealand, I discovered my passion for fine foods and spirits in 2008.
