More information about Marge's Macadamia Dressing
In summer, my factory is always particularly busy. That's when all the fruit and fruit varieties arrive every day. And they need to be freshly processed. In the evening, my hungry family is waiting at home. Sometimes it just has to be quick. We then like to eat a salad. To make my life easier, I have developed a ready-made dressing with a nutty note that is second to none. The macadamia dressing was ready!
The taste
Macadamia nuts have a very hard shell and a soft kernel. The deliciously crunchy nuts taste slightly sweet, intensely nutty and have a subtle buttery aroma.

My macadamia dressing goes down a treat in both summer and winter. I use it whenever I add meat to a salad. Lamb's lettuce with pear wedges and duck breast refined with macadamia dressing... Any questions?
