More information about Organic fig syrup
"Sykomelo" translates as "the honey of the fig"! A fruity, "full" and sweet extract from selected organic figs. Without any added sweeteners or ingredients for preservation.
An almost forgotten product, even on Evia, which we have brought back to life. Can be used in many ways as a natural refiner.
Goes well with pancakes or waffles. Or over your ice cream, (Greek) yoghurt and also with fruit. It can also be used to refine green salads and risotto. It also goes well with cheese platters and as a natural sweetener in cocktails!
