The particularly thin skin of our golden-colored figs gives the fruit a soft texture.
Aromas of local herbs. Brilliantly sweet and complex. You can taste the aforementioned soft and thin skin of this fig variety, while at the same time the grains give it a certain crunchiness.
Figs are nutritious and provide fiber, minerals and antioxidants. We don't particularly like the word "superfood", we just say: these figs are fruity, aromatic and simply good! These figs have seen neither sulphur nor preservatives. And of course no chemical fertilizers.
