It's hard to believe, but orchards with old trees can still be found not only in southern Germany, but also along the Flensburg Fjord. The predominant varieties there, such as Schleswiger Renette, Gravensteiner, Cousinot, Boskop, Berlepsch or the pears Gute Graue, Graf Moltke and Bergamotte, form the basis for this clear fruit brandy.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
