The chocolatey, fragrant cocoa spirit is a new specialty from the Dollerup distillery. It is made from fine Udzungwa Tanzania cocoa from Original Beans. The focus here is on environmental protection and fair payment for the cocoa farmers.
Gently distilled and with no added sugar or artificial flavorings, it is mild on the palate and a real taste sensation.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
