The chocolate-scented cocoa ice cream is a new specialty from the Dollerup distillery. It is made from fine Udzungwa Tanzania cocoa from Original Beans. Here, environmental protection and a fair payment of the cocoa farmers are in the foreground.
Gently distilled and without added sugar or artificial flavors, it is mild on the palate and a real taste experience.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
