This fine local brandy is made in the Dollerup distillery with honey from Angeln. The honey mash is first fermented and then distilled. The honey used gives it a pleasant, subtle sweetness and a great natural (!) Aroma.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
