Rhum on cherry wine barrel
Aging on a rare and expensive cherry wine barrel gave Neptuns Rhum its unique red color, making it the new Neptuns Blood. It was stored in the cherry wine barrel for a full 18 months, so that it had enough time to develop its unique taste and take on its deep red color.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
