Tonka is also called Mexican vanilla. Very aromatic flavor of vanilla and almond. This is complemented by the citrus aroma of dried orange peel. Distilled as a mazzerat and slightly sweetened, it fits perfectly after and in the coffee.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties. Sometimes more unusual ingredients end up in the still, such as for our ginger spirit and peanut spirit. With great attention to detail, the distillates are distilled on site and bottled by hand.
