The wild herbs come from Blunk in the district of Segeberg. Here, old wild plants are cultivated according to the principle of permaculture and in organic quality. This excellent quality benefits our wild herb spirit. Depending on the season, it contains goutweed, meadow chervil, meadow hogweed, Frenchman's weed, knotweed, white melilot, chickweed and sorrel.

Dollerup distillery
In the Dollerup distillery, not far from Flensburg, German whiskey, hand-distilled rhum and gin are produced in addition to brandies and spirits from regional fruit varieties.
