The Ernie Els Signature presents itself in a dark garnet red with a ruby-colored rim - a wine of impressive depth, which already impresses on the nose with notes of cedar wood. Aromas of spicy dark fruits, ranging from juniper and blackcurrant to cherry and plum, add even more complexity.
"The palate reveals a rich abundance of dark fruits, complemented by nuances of roasted fennel and cassis. The full-bodied structure is perfectly balanced by fresh mineral notes.
The entire taste experience is carried by the unbelievably soft tannins - after all, the elegant Ernie Els Signature is the best red wine from the estate.
