FAIR Chipotle Liqueur is a liqueur made from Mexican chipotle from the Oaxaca region. Chipotle is a smoked and dried jalapeño chili pepper. Its heat is between 5,000 and 10,000 on the Scoville scale. The chilli peppers are macerated for two weeks to produce FAIR Chipotle Liqueur.
With only 100 g of sugar per liter, the liqueur is slightly less sweet than the rest of the FAIR liqueur range. It is perfect as a cocktail ingredient for a "Spicy Margarita".
