FAIR Elderflower Liqueur is made from hand-picked elderflower petals from the rural region of Bordeaux. Immediately after harvesting, the fresh petals are soaked in neutral alcohol for a week.
They are then slowly reduced by adding syrup made from fair-trade cane sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
FAIR Elterflower Liqueur is perfect for mixing. It is characterized by its low sugar content and pleasant sweetness. Its 22% vol. alcohol makes it a light companion in many summer drinks.
TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Floral, with hints of sweet blossom, apple and lychee.
Taste: Balanced, delicate and subtle with notes of elderflower, citrus and a hint of sweetness.
Finish: Long, fresh and refined.
