The Fairview Lanner Hill Syrah presents itself in a deep red color with a bright rim and impresses with an intense, aromatic bouquet. On the nose, spicy herbal notes of rosemary and lavender unfold, accompanied by fresh red berries and the hints of black pepper typical of Syrah.
"On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with juicy aromas of red fruits complemented by a fine, peppery spiciness. Elegant tannins give the wine a good structure and underline its excellent ageing potential.
The Fairview Lanner Hill Syrah harmonizes perfectly with mature cheese and charcuterie - especially in combination with freshly baked bread. It is also ideal with grilled lamb with herb sauce or spicy, earthy and aromatic vegetable dishes.
Incidentally, the Fairview Lanner Hill Syrah owes its name to the Lanner falcons that gracefully circle above the Syrah vineyard in Darling and are also immortalized on the label of this complex red wine.
