Fermented Kampot pepper, discover this new and particularly delicate variant of our Kampot pepper. Fresh green pepper is fermented with the help of moist sea salt according to a secret procedure developed by our pepper farmer. The result is not only a long-lasting, crunchy pepper to bite into, but also a very delicate taste experience. This experience is particularly intense when the fermented Kampot pepper berries are sprinkled over dishes after cooking or preparing them. Fermented Kampot pepper goes perfectly with stir-fries, egg dishes, fish fillets, pasta dishes and salads.

Crunchy pepper to bite into

The berries crunch in the mouth or when chopped with a knife. Then they release their wonderful aroma. The fresh, ethereal pepper juices stand out from the salty first taste impression of the sea salt with a slight acidic note. The interplay of flavors in the mouth is accompanied by a mild and pleasant spiciness, while soothing herbal notes and pepper aromas spread through the mouth as the crowning touch.
