As we all know, there's no accounting for taste. As different as the tastes of us humans are, so different are our two gins.
We have developed the Wild Gin as a complementary to our gin. However, the mild-aromatic taste was retained and topped with a more intense juniper flavor. Already in the nose, the juniper berry, as well as the mountain pine clearly come to the fore. Nevertheless, the typical fruity flavor by the hibiscus can also be guessed here. The citrus notes are then perceived for the first time in the mouth so properly and provide the fine fresh note of the gin.
The interplay of fruity to tart brings the wild side of the gin into the light. Fruity on the nose and tart on the finish. Wild just... The palate is surrounded by lemon peel and mountain pine and leaves a pleasant spicy freshness there as well. What remains are the youthful lightness and the perfect interplay with the Franz von Durst Tonic Water.
The label was developed together with Austrian artist Domingo Mattle, also known as realurbanartistery.
