Guggenbräu is at home in Bolzano Matthias brews his wonderful beer on a farm high above the city The raw materials for his creations come from the family's own fields around the mountain pasture Seven different hops and different types of grain have been growing on the steep slopes for several years All the ingredients for the beer come from his own cultivation and Matthias also had grain from his fields in his luggage for the collaboration with Orca He contributed Franconian country barley and single grain malt to the Festweissen with the beautiful name Gipfelglück, As with Weissbier for Future 2, the Schneider Weisse brewery once again supplied the yeast and the self-proclaimed beer doctor Dr. Johannes Sauer also added his mustard
The result of this joint effort is a strong wheat beer hopped with Hallertau Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria hops The brew has an alcohol content of 6.2% and a harmonious combination of hoppy tartness, light spiciness and fruity sweetness
