More information about Graham Beck Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé 2017
The grapes used for the Graham Beck Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé come from four different, unique vineyards in Elgin, Durbanville, Stellenbosch and Robertson, which give the sparkling wine its complexity. In a charming salmon pink, the Graham Beck Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé sparkles in the glass and smells wonderfully of ripe blueberries surrounded by light spicy notes. A long-lasting and very fine perlage provides a great mouthfeel on the palate, while a small amount of Chardonnay (11%) is responsible for the creamy texture. Distinct raspberry aromas add a fruity flavor to this elegant sparkling wine. Enjoy the traditionally produced Graham Beck Cap Classique Pinot Noir Rosé therefore definitely once pure, but it is also simply heavenly as an aperitif or with light dishes.
