The Grande Provence Merlot presents itself in a dark plum color in the glass. Concentrated aromas of blackcurrants characterize the bouquet and are accompanied by herbal and nutty aromas. On the palate, this rich red wine scores with a hint of cocoa and soft tannins before finishing with a long-lasting finish. The Grande Provence Merlot is therefore a pleasure on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to spicy or dark meat dishes, lamb and beef are particularly recommended with the Grande Provence Merlot.
