The Legnica Pils brandy is the result of a collaboration between Grochowica Spirits and Browar Książęcy in Legnica. The distillation took place in the Podkarpacka Okowita distillery. The result is 277 bottles of 700 ml, 43% strength.
The distillate smells of fresh beer. The aroma also contains many sweet fruits: lychee, mango, melon and watermelon. There are also grassy notes, hay and green tea. The taste consists mainly of fine beer bitterness, hops and some citrus.
A real treat for any fan of beer distillates.
