More information about Hartingowe Barrel Aged Gin

Hartingowe Barrel Aged Gin matured for twelve months in a quarter cask made from American white oak, which was previously topped with the best Spanish Pedro Ximénez sherry.

The barrel ageing gives the gin slightly sweet and very catchy vanilla and floral notes. The aromas are complemented by an expressive bouquet of apricots, dried fruit and walnuts as a result of the pre-coating with Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Hartingowe Aged Dry Gin was distilled four times on a Carter head still, and matured unfiltered and undiluted at cask strength at 62% vol. for 12 months in oak barrels. Produced without compromise to the highest quality standard for gin, as London Gin, by distilling all botanical ingredients and bottled without any additives.

Hartingowe Gin contains no sugar, colorants or artificial flavors. It is adjusted to 48% vol. with Harz spring water.

Hartingowe
