More information about Hartingowe Pinsapo Dry Gin
Back in October 2023, we distilled a special treat, our Hartingowe Pinsapo - Distillers Edition.
For this, we used some particularly aromatic botanicals, which gave us a balsamic, strong and characterful gin. Among other things, we used fresh shoots of the Pinsapo fir, one of the rarest European tree species, which is found in the Sierra de las Nieves in Andalusia.
The Pinsapo enriches our gin with balanced earthy-fresh aromas, perfectly combined with Piedmontese juniper, Ukrainian coriander, native angelica and violet root, Indian calamus, Sicilian blood oranges and Amalfi lemons.
Hartingowe Pinsapo is triple distilled, matured for twelve months and bottled unfiltered as a London Dry Gin without any additives. Hartingowe Pinsapo gin contains no sugar, colorants or artificial flavors. It is adjusted to 47% vol. with Harz spring water.
