More information about Heidelberg Blueberry Gin Package
Fruity blueberries meet fine bergamot! But that's not enough credit for 315 Upstairs Gin and its partner, 315 Upstairs BilBerry Gin. For both gin novices and "connoisseurs" of the scene, this juniper schnapps is always one of the favorites when it comes to a berry, fruit-laden candidate.
The Upstairs Gin was deservedly awarded Grand Gold at the Frankfurt International Trophy in 2020. And rightly so. Even if you just take a sniff of the bottle, the fine fruity aromas just come flooding into your nose. Just as fruity and fine as it smells, it is just as good to drink straight or, of course, in an ice-cold gin and tonic.
The 315 Upstairs gins are a tribute to the city of Heidelberg. The name symbolizes the 315 steps from Heidelberg's old town to the historic castle.
And Heidelberg is also literally reflected in the gin' s recipe: the basic botanicals are HEIDELbeere and BERGamotte (cool play on words, right?). These wonderful aromas together with a pleasant juniper note create the unique taste of 315 Upstairs Heidelberg Dry Gin.
The 315 Upstairs Heidelberg BilBerry Gin is based on the same 315 Upstairs gin and is reduced to 31.5% strength with blueberry juice. Mild, fruity, delicious! It is based on the idea of sloe gin, but of course - how could it be otherwise - it goes its own way by not using sloe, but blueberries instead.
Order this blueberry gin pleasure at a special price and enjoy both neat, as a gin and tonic or in cocktails.

Upstairs Gin
Through a project work at the oldest hotel management school in Germany, the Hotelfachschule Heidelberg, Alexander Völker and Christopher Wloka developed the 315 Upstairs Heidelberg Dry Gin. The first batch consisted of 90 bottles. After very positive feedback, they decided to market the 315 Upstairs Heidelberg Dry Gin. The 315 Upstairs Gin symbolizes the 315 steps from Heidelberg's Old Town to the historic castle. In the case of the square 144 Square Gin, the name is derived from the 144 squares of Mannheim's city center, which are also drawn on the label of the 144 Square Gin. And the 535 Upstairs Chassalla Dry Gin is dedicated to the Bergpark in Kassel. It symbolizes the 535 steps up to the Hercules.
