More information about I AM LUBELSKI DUDE
Beer style: Fresh hop Pils
It is estimated that there are around 200 different varieties of hops in the world. Around 70 of these are currently used in beer production, giving brewers an unprecedented range of aromas and flavor components for their beer, Today, hops are mainly used in dried form, as an extract or pellet; once a year at harvest time, the green gold can also be processed in fresh form
The Polish brewery Pinta took advantage of this opportunity last October and paid a visit to their trusted hop farmer to secure the freshest cones for their green hop Pilsner: The Polish hop Lubelski is harvested relatively late and brings a complex variety of cinnamon, herbs, bergamot and other citrus fruits to the beer The team conjured up a Fresh Hop Pils with a pleasant 5.0% alcohol content and a flavor profile that is composed of herbal notes, grassy hints, beautiful spice, floral components and delicate citrus fruit It doesn't get much fresher than this!
