The Stellenzicht Arenite Syrah flows into the glass in a beautiful red color and immediately impresses with its freshness and minerality. On the palate, notes of licorice and fresh herbs make for a complex taste experience. The well-structured red wine has matured for seventeen months in French oak and is a pleasure on its own. The Stellenzicht Arenite Syrah is also a wonderful accompaniment to spicy dishes with dark meat. Incidentally, the name "Arenite" refers to the soil on which the vines for the wine are grown: Arenite is a type of sandstone.
