Pleasant nuances of white flowers successfully round off the first impression. On the palate, the white wine, some of which has matured for twelve months in oak, scores with its wonderful texture and light cookie notes. The Stellenzicht Thunderstone Chardonnay is therefore a treat for the palate on its own, but the white wine is also an excellent accompaniment to fish dishes - salmon in a dill sauce is highly recommended with this wine.
