More information about Jörg Geiger 36 degrees
The non-alcoholic food companion "36 degrees" from Jörg Geiger impresses with its exceptional aroma and depth. Gentle dealcoholization at just 36 °C preserves the nuances of the wine's character in the best possible way.
Fine notes of walnut, eucalyptus, Darjeeling tea and sage ensure a complex, spicy taste experience. On the palate, the dealcoholized red wine is pleasantly juicy, full-bodied and structured - with a harmonious balance of fruit, herbs and distinctive tannins.
Ideal for anyone who wants to combine conscious enjoyment with a sophisticated taste.
Allergens: sulphites (contained in dealcoholized wine).
Note: Store in a cool place after opening and consume within 3-5 days.

Manufacture Jörg Geiger
The orchard meadows are not only beautiful places full of old and large trees, they also offer a variety of different plant species, shrubs and flowers. In the manufactory, we like to take this diversity into consideration and combine it, for example, with our non-alcoholic PriSeccos. Swabian fruit varieties that are centuries old, woodruff, juniper, meadowsweet or yarrow - all these products of nature are dependent on time and place. This is particularly well understood when picking meadow fruit harvested by variety. The work in the manufactory also allows us to experience directly that the old varieties are a precious commodity and the space in which they grow is something very special.
