The Edition Lamothe from Manufaktur Jörg Geiger is a high-quality dealcoholized wine-based drink made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines from Bordeaux. The particularly gentle dealcoholization process preserves the typical aromas and characteristic structure of the wine.
Rounded off with juices from plums, cherries, redcurrants and blackberries, the result is a multi-layered taste experience with dark fruity notes and fine tannins. The unfiltered bottling also ensures a natural texture and a pleasantly velvety mouthfeel.
Nuances of walnut, eucalyptus, Darjeeling and sage lend the Lamothe edition an elegant spiciness and special depth. Full-bodied, dry and harmonious, this non-alcoholic drink is ideal as an accompaniment to hearty dishes or for conscious enjoyment without alcohol.

The orchard meadows are not only beautiful places full of old and large trees, they also offer a variety of different plant species, shrubs and flowers. In the manufactory, we like to take this diversity into consideration and combine it, for example, with our non-alcoholic PriSeccos. Swabian fruit varieties that are centuries old, woodruff, juniper, meadowsweet or yarrow - all these products of nature are dependent on time and place. This is particularly well understood when picking meadow fruit harvested by variety. The work in the manufactory also allows us to experience directly that the old varieties are a precious commodity and the space in which they grow is something very special.
