Our hay liqueur is a tribute to the northern German countryside around Loccum. It is based on carefully selected hay, whose characteristic, slightly herbal aromas we gently extract. The result is an exceptional liqueur with warm, natural notes that evoke memories of summer, meadows and fresh hay.
