Striegi is the name of our regional herbal liqueur, made from 14 different herbs, roots and spices. Most of the ingredients used come fresh from our own herb garden. The gentle distillation process produces a mild and fine herbal liqueur
Ingredients:
Fresh and dried herbs, roots and spices
Processing:
Herbs are macerated in a gentle cold extract, with carefully finely distilled neutral alcohol beforehand. The macerate is given plenty of time
Additives/allergens:
No colorants: the liqueur gets its color from the addition of colored malt
Production:
Gentle distillation, with additional fresh herbs during distillation in the aroma basket, adjustment of the drinking strength + adjustment of the aroma and color with added herbs, water, sugar and colored malt
Bottling quantity:
approx. 1000 bottles per year
