From the first moment, La Motte Méthode Cap Classique spoils the connoisseur with its inviting aroma of citrus fruits, surrounded by nuts and brioche. The fine perlage gives the cuvée of Chardonnay (91%) and Pinot Noir (9%) an exciting mouthfeel and a beautiful freshness. The elegant sparkling wine, of which only 4300 bottles were produced, was left on its lees for 45 months after the second fermentation in the bottle and is an incredibly versatile food companion. Especially soft cheese, carpaccio, oysters or fish are highly recommended with La Motte Méthode Cap Classique. However, you should also definitely enjoy the fine bubbly sparkling wine neat.
