La Motte Pierneef Syrah-Viognier 2018 - Red wine

The La Motte Pierneef Syrah Viognier impresses with its intense aroma of red fruits, mulberries, floral tones, anise and leather. Fine tannins caress the palate and are underlined by spicy green pepper, before the cuvée of Syrah (98%) and Viognier (2%) says goodbye with a lingering finish. Thanks to its rich and fruity character, the red wine, aged for fourteen months in oak, is a wonderful food companion. The good structure and spicy notes of the Syrah and the floral nuances of the Viognier ensure that the La Motte Pierneef Syrah Viognier goes perfectly with dark meat and game, duck or an aromatic curry.
